How does the free AI Employee credit work and what happens when it's used up?
Every plan includes 1 free AI Employee and €10 in usage credit. This credit covers approximately 1,000 standard interactions. Once your credit is depleted, you’ll be charged based on your plan’s usage rates. Bronze users pay €0.015 per interaction, Silver €0.012, and Gold €0.01. You can set usage limits in your dashboard to prevent unexpected charges, and we’ll notify you when you reach 80% of your credit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time, and how does billing proration work?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. When upgrading, you’ll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle and gain immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle, and you’ll maintain current features until then. There are no penalties or fees for changing plans.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up and use the AI Employees on my website?
No technical knowledge is required. Our Bronze plan offers an instant start with a simple copy-paste embed code for websites. Silver includes guided onboarding assistance. Gold provides admin controls with a user-friendly interface for creating complex automations without coding. For Custom plans, our team handles the technical implementation based on your requirements. All plans include access to video tutorials and documentation.
What kind of customization can I expect with the different plans, especially for the Gold and Custom tiers?
Bronze and Silver plans include pre-configured AI skills that can be lightly customized through our template editor. Gold plans allow deeper customization with access to workflow automation tools, multiple AI Employees with different personalities, custom knowledge bases, and branding options. Custom plans offer the highest level of personalization, including tailored AI behavior, custom integrations with your existing tools, specialized functionalities unique to your business, and dedicated development support.
How is data privacy and security handled across the different pricing tiers?
All plans include our core security features: encrypted communications, GDPR compliance, and basic data retention controls. Silver adds IP restrictions and enhanced audit logs. Gold plans include advanced security with role-based access controls, custom data retention policies, and enhanced encryption. Custom plans offer enterprise-grade security with optional private cloud deployment, dedicated instances, custom security policies, data residency options, and compliance with specific industry regulations (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.). We never use your business data to train our AI models.
